"After VM cut-out problem getting in contact, Pat called me and was very nice and got us help quickly. His crew came out and temporarily fixed my garage door opener spring, ordered the new ones, and then had the repair done in a few days. Techs onsite were pleasant and efficient."

"The spring in my garage door broke and I called to schedule an estimate. The person that answered wasn't able to schedule estimate, but took a message for me. About 5 minutes later, Pat called back and said he could be over shortly. I asked what that meant and he clarified that he was going to be near my house already and will be able to come by before that other house. He arrived about 15 min later. He did his measurements and provided an estimate and then I asked him if he could quickly take a look at my drafty front door. He looked at it and instead of telling me he could have a guy fix it when the garage door gets fixed with an additional fee, he said it was a relatively easy fix and showed me how to do it. Then he said it typically takes a week to get the new spring shipped up and to get an appointment scheduled for the repair, but that the spring I need is a standard one and he was already going to Boise the next day and said he can pick one up and then have his guys fix my garage door the next day in late afternoon. That was much appreciated. About 2pm that day Pat called to say that his crew was running behind and asked if they could come first thing in the next morning. I appreciate the call and told him that was no problem. Sure enough, they were here ready to install the spring first thing next day. They did a great job. Thanks Pat for running such a great business."

"Called on a Friday to make an appointment to get my garage door looked at. They told me they would send someone that day. No one showed up. Called back on Monday to check in and the receptionist had never heard of me, said she'd figure it out and call me back. No call back, no follow up, just nothing. Zero stars is more accurate."
