"I had a tooth split into and dangling during breakfast . I immediately googled dentist and found them. My initial call the lady who answered was polite and professional. I was booked for an 11:30 AM appointment same day! Necessary paperwork as a new patient was texted to me as a link and took minutes to complete. So nice that it was very user friendly. I walked in at 11:30 and within minutes I was taken to the exam room. The Doctor was friendly and visited briefly making for a comfortable environment. After exam and consultation it was determined to remove the tooth and prep for an implant. Procedure started immedantly and two hours later all was done. A awesome experience of caring, prompt, and professional customer service. Highly recommended! Thanks again to the entire staff"

"This facility and doctor charged a $20,000 cancellation fee to a family member who is currently trying to dispute the charge. **Edited to add: Apparently I can’t respond to the facility’s response. It is interesting that this is not considered a cancellation fee since the document that your facility has sent her says cancellation fee on it with an amount. PLUS I must add for those considering using this office, if teeth were made for her already, that is alarming, as she only had one free consultation appointment and then cancelled the following appointment."
