"Inviting space for kids! Immediately walking into the right is a fun kids room it featured two little arcade games, books, and coloring area. Allowing parents to fill out paperwork while kids play. The staff treated my special needs son with lots of kindness, and talked to him about all the tools that would be used. No tears! No crying! Even the two year old loved her visit. Highly recommend checking this practice out."

"My daughter had 4 cavities that they were going to fill. They quit part way in and said they were worried about traumatizing my child and refused to continue a procedure after they had already drilled her tooth. She wasn't crying, she wasn't moving, she was being good, she just didn't like the gadget they put in her mouth to suction and keep them from dropping things in her mouth (Isolite mouthpiece I think is what they called it). We left with a hole in her tooth and a suggestion that we go to a surgery center and have her completely sedated to finish. I am not paying $1000+ out of pocket for teeth she's just going to lose in a year or two! We took her to another dentist in town who didn't use the mouthpiece and we had no problems. In fact, he told us that she was a really good patient and that only one of the teeth actually needed to be filled. The other ones were ones that he would keep an eye on, but they weren't ready to be filled. I was so disappointed. I thought that a pediatric dentist would be better for a kid, but whatever. Our regular dentist will now service our whole family. That makes it easier for us!"
