"Scheduled a small truck to be rented from this facility 3 weeks in advance. I then recieved a call the day before my scheduled pickup telling me they have no trucks available and my only options are a 26ft truck at a facility 30mins away from where we're staying or a 15ft truck that's 2hrs away.. Not to mention we just arrived via plane and had no form of transportation out to those locations. We ended up having to go far out of our way to pickup what we needed. I will never be renting from this facility again"

"A very disappointing experience with this agent while dropping off a rental truck. The woman behind the counter told me they didn’t have room in the parking lot where I had just parked the truck and I’d have to drive it 12 miles South to Donnelly. This was not the contracted drop off spot and I politely declined. She pushed the keys back at me and began threatening extra charges and fees for dropping off in the wrong spot. She wanted me to do her job since they needed the truck in Donnelly. Because the truck wasn’t dropped off in Donnelly it couldn’t be checked in online and I had to call U-Haul corporate customer service. Corporate understood the situation and took care of it. Beware this outfit !"
