"I've been going to Eagle River Smiles for almost 5 years now, but it's always been for cleanings. Well, I finally gave Dr. Baird something to do and that was to replace a crown. This was the first time I've ever had crown work where everything is done ON THE SAME DAY!! What!!!? Yes, on the same day he prepped the tooth, then they made the porcelain crown right there in the office in under an hour. The entire experience was relatively fast, comfortable, convenient and - equally as important - affordable. Thanks again to Dr. Baird and their staff for the great work and great experience! "I needed a new crown and the doctor did a great job. I wasn’t covered by insurance but the cost was very reasonable. The new crown felt completely natural - there was zero “getting used to it.” In my 75 years I’ve seen a lot of dental offices but this is the best so far."

"Staff was friendly as were both doctors. Had to give 2 stars because I have had a few fillings these guys did and a crown that have all come off. I was a patient for a few years. I originally got a crown the same day (really cool they can offer that) but it came off 2 weeks after, which they cemented back on, here we are a year later and its off again. This is ultimately why I switched. As someone who hates going to the dentist anyway- I'd like to not have to make more visits for them to fix their work, even if it was offered free of charge."

"There seems like there is a lot going on in the photo below of my son getting cavities treated, but what you don't see is tears. He was in that chair for 90 plus minutes and was happy to come in the following week when we had to finish the other side of his mouth. BTW - a note to all parents: it is never to early to start flossing as well as brushing. My wife and I have been using Dr. Baird's and his team's services for 5 years and I am sure we will be seeing him for many years to come, but hopefully we will mostly only see his hygienists! I would recommend Dr. Baird for any age individual in your family."
