"I had an appt. scheduled with this office for 6 mo's, I get a call today telling me "we no longer have a late day as of a month ago & we don't have a hygenist either to see you that day so we have to reschedule you". When I tell them I work till 5 pm everyday the gal calling doesn't care & doesn't care that because of their sudden change in hours with NO notice that I will now have to change dentists. THAT'S not good business!"
