"I asked for an inch off the bottom and layering. I liked the dry parts and damaged parts of my hair, and she butchered my hair. I’m trying to be cool about it. It was the one with a shaved head and blue hair. I didn’t leave her a tip because I wasn’t satisfied with her work. That’s so rude to harm a customer or not provide a service they payed for. Hey maybe some don’t have the money to leave a tip. You shouldn’t harm clients like that. That’s so piggish and pig headed. . I believe it was intentional . If employees act like that I feel they should be put on blast. It’s bad for business. There’s nothing I can do about it now. When I looked at the ground I seen 4-5 inches of hair on the ground. There are some great hair dressers there who pay attention to detail and do their best, and work hard. I’m a disabled woman who lives on a fixed income."
