Happy Nails

"Been here multiple times. I don't usually use their ATM but the one time I do it tries to run my card for more than the $3 charge. I mention this to them that the should warn customers that it's $5 not $3 and the gentleman took no responsibility and just kept saying not my machine. So fair warning their fees are more than they say."

"Booked an appointment a week ahead of time. Drove two hours with friends to enjoy some girl time. NOT about customer service... She wouldn't do a design on toes or add warm water to the cold water. Definitely not somewhere I'd go again."

"Sadly I will not be back. My appointment started 30 minutes late, and the lady acted annoyed when she had to wait on me to pick out polish. She only spoke two times. First time....Don't move. Second time....Don't move please. I have worked at a salon for almost 20 years, I can't imagine treating my customers like this. I would have gone back every 2 weeks but will be finding another place. I felt rushed and grabbed a color I wasn't even sure of she didn't even ask how I wanted them. I wanted a design but I didn't feel comfortable even asking. So I didn't even get what I wanted. Getting my nails done Sat by someone who cares. I'm super bummed about this."
