"I would like to give Kenworth Sales of Lewiston ID a huge thank you for the work they do. We have used the Service Dept a couple of different times for different breakdowns. The latest breakdown was a Eaton Transmission failure. The parts to repair the transmission were not available and on back order. The Service Dept and Parts Dept worked hard to get the parts in ASAP. When the parts did come in the Service Dept was very quick to get the transmission repaired and our truck going. When I called in for update the Andrea and the crew was always polite and delivered quality updates, and yes, I did receive emails on the status of the trucks. I would highly recommend this location and if needing repairs go back. Thanks again. Rob"

"Great place if you don't want to know when your equipment is done. Also wonderful if you like paying full price for half a job done. Outstanding at wasting your time and money unless you like calling every hour to get a status because they wont call you. I will be finishing the job they didn’t do correctly myself. If you want something done right do it yourself of find a shop that will unfortunately if you need service after hours or on weekends this is the only place locally."
