"Little bummed out I can't do my usual drop off at the airport/enterprise picks up on the day they are closed or after hours. I've done this in the past for years and it was so easy and was a wonderful service. The manager offered to work with me on it, but it wasn't something they were allowing. The enterprise website was a nightmare and kept saying I didn't have an enterprise account. I had to create a new profile for it to recognize my email, even though Enterprise was sending me emails regarding my Enterprise plus account. Time to find another car company."
