"Update: I was given a full refund, which was appreciated, but still steer clear of this wash if you car is dirty. The automatic wash here is worthless. It did nothing to remove dirt from our car. Will be asking for a refund. Also it also took my first card and did not turn on the green light. I waited and then used another card. Both were charged. These photos were taken after the wash."

"Put 5 dollars in to get quarters it gave me 1 quarter. It has no number to call for problems. They should take the money that people are not getting back and invest . Worthless place"

"The automatic car wash was not powerful enough to properly clean my very muddy car. I paid $6 and it did not provide the cleaning that I hoped for. I circled back around and paid $2 to use the self-service spray wand, and still I was not able to get it entirely clean, so perhaps the problem was not with the car wash but was with my very dirty car."

"I paid 9 dollars for the deluxe wash and after the car wash it seemed as if a light rain had passed. The wash wasnt at all to my liking. The place seemed like it needed some maintenance, after the automatic wash I took my car into their do it yourself wash and the soup brush wouldn't dispense soup. Overall I'm not happy but the vacuums worked really well so that's why I'm giving them a 3 star rating and not a 2 star."

"Dragonfly Car Wash leaves some of the worst spots on my car, even though they advertise "spot free rinse." I have found their vacuums to be dependable and reliable and have not yet had a time where they didn't work or worked insufficiently, unlike University City which I have had SEVERAL instances of vacuums that didn't work. If you are looking for a cheap place to get your car sprayed down and washed and aren't worried about water spots, this is your place. Probably best for anyone with a truck or off-road vehicles covered in mud that just needs a general cleaning. Aside from the water spots, the wash itself is pretty effective for a no-touch."
