When someone says to layer their hair, the same way it is with no more than 5 inches cut, and they take off 18 inches of hair, they should get their license taken away. Not one single layer and my hair that was long down my back is now above my shoulders. I'll be going back to California for my next haircut which thanks to this place won't be for at least a year."
