"After great experiences on my first two visits, I was pretty disappointed with my last visit. My appointment was at 4 PM and it was 4:25 by the time they took me back. The person who I met with was unprepared and not all that friendly. It was a really quick visit, but I left feeling like the appointment was a waste of time and thinking they could have just picked up my trays and saved 45 minutes of my time.
