"I wanted to edit this review because it was simply not enough praise! I have since moved states, so I'm not sure who all is in the office, but my experience with Joann was PHENOMENAL. Seriously, I came in because I have hair growth in PCOS areas and was very self-conscious. She made me feel comfortable at all times, and the process was always quick but very efficient. Since moving, I have tried two electrolysis locations near me that do not even come close. They are twice the price with far inferior service than what I received with Joann. She explained everything well and always did an amazing job. This was life changing for me because of the amount of hair reduction I saw, and I have contemplated doing road trips to the area simply for her service! Thank you so much for everything you did, Joann! Amazing amazing, amazing!!!"

"Although, I got fairly good result and I can say Joann is pretty flexible working around your schedule, but unfortunately my sessions wasn't as clean as I hoped. She was also not on time and every time, I waited 15 mins of my appointment for her to get ready, finishing off with her other customer, going to restroom, etc. Moreover, she noted on my first session that I'm allergic to latex and high concentration of alcohol solutions, but yet, once she forgot to use the gentler solution and non-latex gloves (I'v noticed that when it was too late), and my face got all flaky for a week."
