"Well I've came here a few times not ever really a "bad" experience until this time. I went in with a refrance picture and left teary-eyed. My nails are hideous and I'm having them redone elsewhere. I sat in my car crying for 5 minutes debating if I should go back in and complain but they've simply lost my business."

"Wow! I went in for a gel manicure. Jade was amazing. Took great care of removing my gel (I have a horror story) and gave me one of the best manis I have ever had…and I have had lots from all over the country. Coming from out of town it’s always a gamble with nail salons. I am glad I rolled the dice on this place. When I come back to town I will definitely be coming here. Next visit to the Valley, I will hold off on my place in Seattle just to get them done at Nail Art. Jade did such an amazing job cleaning my cuticles that I decided to skip the dark nail polish and go with a natural shade. By the end of the appointment I felt like I was talking to a friend. $35 was my charge. Considering I have paid close to $60 for removal/polish, this is a very good deal for what you get. I even said ‘you deserve more!’ Thanks for the great service!"

"Hello?!?! My nails look gorgeous! I got a full set with really fancy designs. I showed the nail tech some pictures of styles that I like and then told her she could decide what to do. She did an amazing job, I'm so happy with it. I feel like I'm back in the big city."

"Nails were not done well because the nails started chipping after 2 days so I went by to let them know. She offered to redo them and got mad because I asked for a new nail tech. My nails started to chip again after two days but since they filed them down so much there breaking off. I have shellac which is supposed to keep your nails strong and their breaking. All of them are so thin. If they don’t do a good job just go somewhere else. It’s not them it’s the products they use."
