"July 2023 Tom took care of transmission leak and replaced belts on my 2005 Highlander. Took care of the problem same day and saved me a lot of money. I was quoted much more at Toyota and we didn't have to pull the transmission to get the job done. Going to go back and get my brakes done. "I told Tom all I want done was the small repair done and nothing else. 7 days after him having my vehicle I called him to check in. He said he hasn't really had time to look at it. I called him every week after that for the next 3 weeks and every time I called he kept saying I fixed this and since I'm fixing this I will fix this too or I assumed I would fix this for you too! After him having my vehicle for over a month. He charged me twice as much as a mechanic plus had my vehicle for over a month and he should have only had it for a week or less! My girlfriend and I were extremely upset and have taken our vehicles to masterminds in coeur d alene idaho and they are fast, friendly and actually care! Plus they don't talk about themselves and they don't make you feel less than!"
