"If I could give Blondie's 0 starts I would. I saw Erica Fry, in which she ruined my hair so badly I had to pay another hair dresser to fix it the next day. I went in looking to go back to my natural medium brown hair. I have androgenic alopecia and put much trust into Erica Fry with my hair. When I arrived at blondies it was quite dark inside, Erica did not talk to me much and did not have very good etiquette as I usually receive at salons. Erica "color matched" my roots to dye my hair all that one color. I told her I wanted a blunt cut to just take off any dead ends. I left the salon with damp and unstyled hair and I was in tears. I had black hair with undertones of green and purple and botched layers. I called every salon in the area to get in that day as I couldn't even look at myself without crying. Thankfully Hadley at Poppy Salon in Pullman got me in the next day and fixed my hair to perfection. Although I did have to sacrifice more inches than I thought to even out the botched layer from Erica. When I disputed the charge with Erica she told me she dos not do refunds and that I should've asked her to fix it. Trust was lost and so I found someone else. Erica could not do what I asked the first time and I was not willing to put my hair through more mistakes. I did not take a "before" photo because looking at myself in the mirror made me sick to my stomach, I was willing to pay anything and travel to anywhere to get someone to fix it within those 24 hours and Hadley at Poppy Salon did just that for me!"
