"The most ridiculous restocking and return fees. Sure, they have what you need -- but 25% restocking fees AND you have to pay to ship them back. Will do anything I can to avoid shopping here again. Edit: after requesting a return I was told that my item did not have a restocking fee. That’s nice but many of their items have very large restocking fees. Between paying for return shipping yourself and adding those fees, it can be very expensive to shop here if you aren’t 100% certain what you are ordering will work. In construction I’m almost always spitballing to find the imperfect solution to imperfect problems. I can’t afford to even try with risky return costs. Would be best to eliminate that. I’ll try to shop locally or on Amazon going forward."

"Very disapointed. I ordered a specific bar stool swivel on line. The one sent was the wrong one. I contcted spokane hardware, sent a photo. was told that is what i ordered. I explained the difference and asked for correct item or refund. no response. If I get a reply i might have a more favorable opinion. Days later...got a call back from very nice person. We resolved the issue. Much better opinion of the place."

"Jim and all the guys at Spokane Hardware were extremely welcoming and provided outstanding customer service. I went in looking for a replacement knob for my nightstand and everyone behind the counter pitched in to find me exactly what I was looking for. The one they found was more pricey than normal so they went the extra mile to find me one for less. They got it ordered, shipped to my house and I even received a call the following day to update me on the shipping status. I left feeling like a priority and that’s more than I could ever ask for any shopping experience. I’ll definitely be back and I’d recommend them to anyone. Thanks again guys!"
