"Bought sod earlier in the day, but could not haul it away in one trip. Paid for it all, but upon one of my return visits the same day I find that they had sold MY sod. Most places mark what you purchase, set to the side, or otherwise alert other employees of a sold item that is due for pick up from the customer. They have no such system in place. My advice if you buy something here, only pay for what you can haul away. Their employee hurled the "f" bomb on me more than once as I displayed disbelief over what happened. He had the attitude that they are the only place in Spokane to get sod, so you need to kiss his you know what. This man should not be in any job where he has contact with the public."
