"My insurance company requested that I get an estimate at this shop even though I would be bringing my vehicle to be repaired at a different shop. The staff was very helpful and happy to help even though they were basically doing their jobs for free (since they offer free estimates and wouldn't be paid by my insurance for the repair). Melissa reached out to me promptly and had me on the schedule quickly; Michael wrote my estimate and was very friendly and professional; Adam, the general manager, even checked in with me during my (very short!) wait to make sure I didn't need anything. "My Car got into a fight with some house paint. The house paint won....The car lost. It looked awful. I could feel my pretty little car blushing with shame as I drove him around town. So I stopped by Caliber Collision for some advice about how to get the house paint off. Melissa was quick to go and find a qualified advice giver... She came back to the lobby with not one, but two people who could help. David and Adam listened to the story of the Paint Vs The Car and when my tail of violence was finished.... Rather than just give me advice, Adam went to the back for the appropriate cleaning solution, walked out to my car with me and cleaned the house paint off for me... Free of Charge! My car is no longer ashamed to drive around town, and I will be heading back to Caliber Collision any time my car decides to lose a fight.
