"I'm 96 yrs old on a fixed budget. I went to aspen dental for lower dentures in which they state right on there building "money back guarantee " after paying over $2000.00 and NUMEROUS returns to there office im still stuck with dentures that DO NOT FIT! It was explained to me today that there guarantee is only good for 90 days, I was never told this or that the procedure has only a 25% better improvement rate. How can they say 90days when I have to keep coming back for 6 months To get adjustments "because your gums still shrink" what part of that makes any sense? The actual dr looked in my mouth for about 2 minutes today and told me he can fix the problem for another $16,000!! I can not eat with them, I can't talk with them, I've tried every adhesive, been in that office with them saying " your gums aren't healed yet ", " it takes time for them to adjust", " ill file them". They didn't do a dam thing during this 90 days. After going back , and going back. They still fall out. I'm stuck with these sitting on my counter in the bathroom! Don't let these people rip you off like they have me!"

"Dr Watts did a wonderful job! She has very gentle hands and a great bed side manner! Her Assistant Ashlee was very thorough with the X-ray and her intake interview to tell the doctor. Abby has always greeted me with a beautiful smile and all the information that I will need. Aspen Dental at Coeurd’ Alene is a place that I would recommend to all my friends and family! "This is James. I am the patient. I'm using my wife's phone for the review. 1. The staff was friendly ( although the assistant admitted being "new to dentures") 2. They got me right in. I didn't have to wait. 3. I've never paid 4,000 For dentures before. Hope they last for that price. 4. The dentures look good. Top plate fits well. Will try bottom with adhesive tomorrow. 5. They took seven minutes With me when I picked up my new dentures. Felt a little rushed 6. My biggest problem is that I am extremely hearing impaired. I also have mobility issues. My wife is my legal caregiver, and I need to have her with me during appointments. I don't hear what's being said, And I need her help getting up and down from a chair. She had to stand in the doorway and felt very much "in the way" during my appointments. They asked if she wanted to go down the hall to the waiting room, And she explained that she needed to be there with me. I would say that if you need to have a loved one with you in the room, this is not the place to go. I've only had the new Dentures for a few hours. Will report more later."
