Gargoyle Granite & Marble

"2 guest bathrooms, master bath and kitchen = all countertops were wrong. Guest baths came out too small and had to be redone. Master bath had faucet holes cut too close to the sinks (and they had the sinks) so the faucets didn't fit. The quartz headers above the windows were several inches short and had to be redone. The top to the seat in the shower was off a bit so our tile guy made the adjustment, but he also had to fix damaged tile that was caused by Gargoyles. The kitchen island had the faucet hole cut too close to the sink. All in all we had several visits to deliver, take back and redeliver the guest baths, plus three more to deliver, install and fix the other rooms. Installers were nice but left a mess on the floor so we had to mop up muddy footprints on our new tile. Yikes what a customer service nightmare!"

"8 months after installation, my granite had pitting. I called and said next time you’re in the area stop by and look at this. 10 months later no one stopped by and the pitting was 10 fold worse. I called back, and they told me there is only a one year warranty. Had to pay a different quality company to replace my 20 month old granite. Gargoyle Granite and Jamie Jenkins are no good. Terrible people"

Their installers showed up on time, were both extremely professional and knowledgeable. Not only were they obviously very experienced in their trade they were both kind and enjoyable to have on the job-site. Lastly, pricing was more then fair, thank you Gargoyle and all your staff from Turner Plumbing!"

"We were recommended Gargoyle Granite by an individual that did some independent work for us and now works for them. Our experience went very smoothly and everyone that we dealt with was very professional and understanding. We changed our minds multiple times on size, backsplash, sink, and many other things for our laundry room and they were amenable and courteous with all of our changes. Picking a remnant slab to use went very smoothly, going out to their yard and going through all the slabs was a simple process and we spent a good deal of time with the knowledgable sales associate and we felt very taken care of. The 4 stars is simply because there was some cabinet and wall damage during the install, but to their credit, Gargoyle credited us for the problem. The installers were very professional and apologetic for the damage as well. Our cabinet installers also said that the damage was fairly negligible and somewhat normal. So it was even more appreciated that Gargoyle went above and beyond to make it right."
