"I got a hybrid lash service done with Sierra and I absolutely love how they turned out. They are full and even. I feel super confident and love how they fit my eye shape. She was very gentle, and to be honest, I probably could have taken a nap with how relaxed I was haha!"

"I scheduled eyelash extensions for me and my daughter with Sierra and got four hundred reminder texts leading up to the appointment. So this morning as we are leaving for the appt I get a text from her asking if our appointment is at 8 or 9. I told her 8 and she said ok. We get here and wait and the door is locked. I finally text her and she says her alarm didn't go off so she's late and will be here in 10 minutes. So we wait. She gets here, doesn't apologize or even talk to us at all. We go to her room and I think she's said 2 words to us the entire time. She just turned on her music (which contained many explicit songs) and started without saying a single word. It was an uncomfortable and awkward experience for my daughter and I to spend hours with a stranger who never once had a conversation with us. After 3.5 hours and she was still working on my daughter, I asked her if she was almost done. She said almost then I told her I might not get to stay for mine since I have other commitments after and wasn’t aware it would take so long. She didn’t say a word in response. 4.5 hours later she is done with my daughter and doesn’t say anything about my appointment. No apologies, no rescheduling. I finally just asked her what I owed, paid and got out as fast as I could. My daughter says her lashes are underwhelming and uneven. This salon used to be great but has really gone down hill. I feel like they’ll hire anyone no matter how unprofessional or inexperienced they are. I’ve also had hair services done and sat listening to the stylists talk to each other about getting drunk and cursing like sailors. Classy. I won’t be back."

"I made an appointment, they texted for me to verify multiple times. When I arrived I was informed she was running aprix 45 to 50 minutes behind. They should have called or texted and saved my time, if they want clients to be prompt they should also. I did not return later in the day"

"Cheryl went out of her way to make my 3 young boys comfortable, especially my youngest who does not love hair cuts. They turned out super handsome. We will be coming back for sure!"
