"I had my hair highlighted and cut. I loved the way the color looked. There were a couple issues. First I specifically said I wanted a haircut that was no fuss. It took her 30 minutes to use a curling iron and lots of spray to get my hair to "behave". It took me about a month to figure out that my hair was fried. My hair is very forgiving for bad cuts, but my hair has been completely out of control.The ends are all messed up and no matter what I do ( hair masks, different moisturizing packets) my hair looks like I got electrocuted. Here's the thing that is upsetting to me. I understand things happen. But when I called, the stylist took absolutely no responsibility. I KNOW my hair. She says there was no way this could have happened. Well, my hair was fine when I went in and now doesn't.. so yes it is something that happened there. She didn't even suggest I come in to look it over. When I was in customer service the motto was " the customer is always right. Obviously a completely different era. Even if she didn't take responsibility, it would have been nice to get some time to listen to my concerns."

"Haircut wasn't cut right. But it's hair and the back will grow. Too thick of acrylic on nails and the acrylic wasn't down to the cuticle. Got home and filed them down and repolished."
