I could have possibly waited for an opening, even at a month or two out, but presenting like you dont have time to answer 2 simple questions is a major turn off. Maybe hire a personable receptionist? 3 stars as I have not used their services. Just because their personable skills are lacking doesn't mean the hair skills are."
