"I have never been so frustrated in my life. Had a 4-iron re-shafted. They had to special-order the shaft and I clearly told the clerk I wanted a stiff shaft, not regular. This was the third club I had reshafted and despite being told every time they would call me when my club was ready they never did. This last club they ordered the wrong shaft (regular flex not stiff that I ordered) and after a month I called and waited over a half hour on hold before the clerk told me my club was ready. I did not notice I was given the wrong shaft until after I put my new grip on and realized it was the wrong shaft. I'm done with Golf Galaxy."
