"I ordered for takeout, they asked me who my order was for, I waited for over 20 minutes after it should’ve been ready. They helped everyone who got their like 10 minutes after me for in person order and ignored me and then put my order on the shelf until I had to ask again if it was my order. :("

"Lady was kinda rude. But more than that Panda over all has just gone down hill. The food sucks. After covid clearly they cut back on ingredients or something and the food has no flavor. Not to mention you cant sample a new flavor anymore. Glad i bought something that sucked cause i couldnt taste it first. After a couple years of "trying one more time with my gf, we wont ever be eating panda again. We'd rather pay the extra 20 bucks for good food."
