"Absolutely phenomenal colab tasting menu event this evening. It was my first time to Pancita after hearing many good things about it and I will definitely be back after this. Everything was cooked perfectly, food was unique with different takes on some dishes you've seen done before and some new. Highly recommend!"
"This restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience with a modern vibe and friendly service. The tuna tostada was delicious, though a bit fatty, the tuna dissappearin the middle of the fried tortilla, avocado and sauces, but it was as good as the ones we had back in Mexico. The Tetelas were new to us and we had a delightful discovery, with the nixtamal masa stealing the show. The half chicken with mole was tasty, though a touch of freshness like cilantro or sides would have been nice. Overall, the food and cocktails were impressive, and the unique masa and tortilla offerings set it apart. Can't wait to return and try more dishes! It's rare to find such quality masa and tortillas in the area. We read a review on the infatuation website criticizing this place is not constant one day amazing other day bad. I guess we were lucky and enjoyed a really delicious dinner. Congrats Janet Becerra your food is superb! I was unfamiliar with the differences of masa, and I was able to taste the difference."
"LOVE neighborhood restaurants like this. Menu small but that didn't matter and actually helped us decide what to get easier. Food so flavorful, service amazing, drinks phenomenal. We walked in about 6 and got a seat at the bar no problem. By the time we left, the house was full, so definitely make a reservation if you're not into sitting at the bar."
"The best taco I’ve had in my entire life. I will be dreaming of it for a while! Everything was delicious including the cocktails. Only critique was it was a bit cold in the restaurant. I think because it’s a heritage building with thin windows, so dress warmly and you’ll have a delightful time. Or, just drink more margaritas to stay warm. Either works!"
"I was delighted by my meal. The tomato salad was a Mexican reinvention on a caprese that was so incredible, I love to be blown away by a salad. The tostada was the best I’ve ever had and the blue corn tortillas that came with the pork chop were very fresh. There is creativity in the menu and it is clear that someone in the kitchen cares deeply about food and is cooking with love. That makes all the difference. We had amazing service. The noise level was intense when the restaurant was full. We had to shout at each other to have a conversation. I look forward to trying new dishes."
