"This Taco Bell is a total dumpster fire!! Largely because they don't have enough manpower ever. They are closed a lot, out of stock on certain things, no frozen drink machine. The customer service is atrocious. If you are the franchise owner reading this, I'm sorry but you should just hang it up and try to move on. Possibly close it, retool and turn it into a Wendy's then try much harder to find a way to obtain and retain good employees."

"Absolutely ridiculous and slow as molasses! The crew working was inconsiderate, messing around, manager or someone else yelling at employees. Oregon fast food no more, the service is horrible. Would prefer Idaho businesses and even fast food any day if the week. Idaho workers are way more considerate and hard working even though they usually make half the amount."

"I love the chicken Chalupa supreme. It is the best. Fyi: if you're a Dr Pepper fan this isn't the best place for one. I went with the mountain Dew instead. That was a lot better with a lot less syrup. It was much more thirst quenching and tasted a lot less sugary."

"Rude staff and the wait times are AWFUL to start. Then I get home, which is 1.5 miles from the restaurant and my tacos we're not even luke warm. They were cold and looked like someone had smashed them. I worked for a Taco bell once upon a time, if ANY of my staff produced food like this they would have been retrained, if they still couldn't do it they would be gone. This store needs a new manager and new trainers. Because tacos like that is unacceptable! TBs drive through used to have a 1 minute standard. From the time the car pulled up to the speaker you had one minute for their food to be made, cashed out and pulled out you all in just one minute, this place you wait 30 min just to get to the speaker. It's just plain AWFUL!! And yes a 1 minute drive through time is very much doable!"
