"This is the only Bruchis in the Spokane area I will go to anymore because I am never acknowledged by the employees when I walk in. Unfortunately, this Bruchis has joined the rest of them and I no longer am greeted by employees when I enter, and my entire interaction involves absolutely zero customer service. The only words said to me were, "What can I get you?" And, "Wyatt!" When my order was done. It seems customer service is a thing of the past and I hope this store can bring it back. Not to mention it took literally 28 minutes to receive my order with only 2 people in the restaurant. Not to mention the paper they wrap the sandwiches in was so soaked and soggy with grease that the paper was falling apart all over the sandwiches. Edit: Forgot to mention the medium size fry was served with about 1/4 of the bag filled."
"I usually order online and pick up... I think Bruchi's is seriously underrated. I always love me a steak or chicken and bacon with pepper jack. I also add Pineapple and pepperoncinis. Call me weird, but I love that combo and it's delicious! Plus you can't beat the price these days."
"Great personnel, nice music, comfortable atmosphere... Their GRILLED VEGGIE SUB is amazing, and I appreciate the opportunity for a healthy VEGETARIAN meal. My only CONCERN is that the management feels the appropriate TIP LEVEL - as offered by their credit card system is ONLY 5%, 10% or 15% - or the option to select OTHER... (Which I do, and tip @ 20%.) Setting the tip $ bar so low seems to devalue the contributions of your incredible staff!"
"About a week or so ago I got two sandwiches for takeout, one was chicken and the other steak. When I went to unwrap my sandwich I was super thrown off because of how thin and soggy the bread was and old, the chicken meat looked like it got minced to death. Was disappointed and ended up tossing it because it looked nasty. Went to medical lake one, they gave fresh bread and the chicken and pineapple looked 10 times better."
