"So this place knows how to do it. I took my wife here for our anniversary and they were spot on when helping enhance the experience. I love going to a Speak Easy as much as any others who fancy themselves to creative and fantastic drinks. I've been to several and this place certainly doesn't disappoint. This place represents the growth of Boise and ownership did a tremendous job of building a place where you can go and enjoy an extraordinary experience. The entry is so amazing and it certainly starts the experience off right. The staff was fantastic and incredibly hospitable. However, for me, the real star of the show is the drinks. There wasn't one that disappointed me. The selection of liquor is next level. My favorite was the F Scott Fitzgerald but it was only the top of my choices that were all crowd pleasers for sure. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation and give this place a try! It's worth every bit of your time."

"Absolutely loved our visit to Gatsby this weekend. The decor is perfect, Drinks were delicious but by far our favorite part was the staff! "What a great little place! If you are into foofoo fruity drinks, this probably isn't your place. They make true, classic cocktails (think alcohol forward,sours, bitters, etc) and the drinks are made to perfection! Good selection of Bourbons, Scotch, etc, with a few rare/hard to find bottles. This is the place you are going to go for a celebration- a birthday, anniversary, scored a big account at work, impressing a good client, etc. Its not a dive bar, not a casual throw on some jeans and go kind of place. You are paying for good drinks, but also an overall experience. You are coming here after dinner at high end steak house, not the golden arches lol Overall a great experience, highly recommend to try at least once!"
