"We took a 10 year old 100 lb pit here and he came back clean and happy. The girl that did it was very professional and you could tell she loved dogs. He has trouble getting up on things now but she said that's OK she would sit on the floor with him if he needed to. I will absolutely be taking both of my dogs here from now on. "I don’t understand some of the negative feedback. In my opinion, it’s just people who are probably never satisfied with anything. I’ve been taking my two miniature poodles here for almost a year and they love it! The girl who grooms them (I can never remember her name) is very sweet and it’s obvious she’s great with dogs. "Called on Saturday to make a grooming appointment. Had to leave a message, but that's not a big deal. The answering machine even asks you to leave a message rather than calling repeatedly. Got a friendly call back shortly after and made an appointment for Tuesday. Got a call on Monday reminding me of my appointment. Dog hadn't been groomed in a while, so I knew there was a possibility she might need to be shaved, and let them know I trusted their judgement. Even then, they called me during the groom to let me know that they would have to shave and didn't want me to be surprised. Seems like service above and beyond. Service took about 2 hours, pretty much what I was quoted when I dropped her off. Got a call when she was done and picked her up. She looks great! No hidden fees, no unexpected upcharges. Very pleased overall."
