"We were not seen, this is just a review of our before service experience. I made an appt for my child ahead of time after finding our insurance listed on their website. I filled out the early paperwork with our insurance information. When we arrived, I gave the insurance card to the receptionist and filled out the paperwork. The receptionist informed us after she made some calls, that they didn’t accept our insurance. I have 9 children, and getting out of the house for an appt for a child or two can be challenging to coordinate. I’m not mad they don’t accept our insurance, I’m just disappointed that I found out while we were waiting to be seen. The receptionists were kind and friendly, and I’m sure the office as a whole is great. This is just one of those inconveniences, and a warning to make sure you call before your appt."

They got newer inventory for glasses such as Tiffany and co, Gucci and more. The girls who help with purchasing glasses and contacts are always super friendly/helpful as well and explain everything such as insurance/and lenses options greatly. Definitely happy with my new Tiffany and co prescription glasses! I can’t wait to pick them up."
