She believes me about having fibromyalgia and is doing everything she can to help me with arthritis etc. I absolutely will be back because of her especially. She really listens, cares, and does whatever possible to help."

"I've had SpiraCare for just over a year now. I began with Dr. Patel, who was the first doctor to look at me and take me seriously. When she switched locations I was devastated, but had a couple nurse practitioners who filled in until the new female doctor was up & running. The nurse practitioners were both incredibly kind, though virtual visits bouncing between providers before you get a new one can have a negative impact. However, its just crazy times right now & everyone truly did their best to make me feel heard. I landed with Dr. Booth and my first visit with her was very calming. She started off with a smile, despite my immediate worries coming in for my symptoms. The front staff has always been kind. Every scheduler and nurse on the nurse lines have responded to me quickly and with respect and I am definitely not used to having such kind voices so consistently through the office. When I first got the insurance I was worried about leaving my long term PCP & starting over but they made the transition easy & have provided so much covered care, up to and including mental health care with their counselor on a couple occasions - which was so immensely helpful and I was shocked we get that for free with the insurance. All in all, not everyone will like every place but I think everyone here really does try their best to manage patient care effectively and kindly and I've always felt safe here, both in person and virtually. BTW, that office is really pretty inside."
