"So many fries to choose from and really good burgers to pair with them. Decided on the fresh cut curly fries and a double cheese burger. Portions are huge, could have easily shared. So used to smash burgers, these are actual thick patties so a single would have been adequate paired with the mountain of fries. Fries were good while they were hot, but cooled and lost quantity quickly. Overall, a good experience."

"Great service and great food! We absolutely love the Bourgeois. They’re fries fried in duck fat and sprinkled with truffle salt and are so good. We got a couple ciders, two of the original burgers and a large order of the Bourgeois and everything was great."

"Delicious and hearty Burgers and Fries. Multiple choices of meat for burgers, multiple choice of potatoes for fries as well as styles of cuts for fries. Literally the best fries around, can’t get enough of them. Many choices of dipping sauces and seasonings for fries and burgers. Employees were fast, friendly, and nice. Establishment was clean and well maintained with a lovely location in downtown Boise. One of our favorite restaurants to come to while visiting Boise!"

"Nothing special about this burger joint. If you are familiar with 5 guys, go there for a better burger. You do have the choice of a variety of ground meat like Buffalo, beef, and something else..... also a variety of different potatoes and different cuts for your French fries. The fries are seved unseasond, In my mind is a mistake. By the tile you get the food and take it to the seasoning bar the fries have avsorbed all of the oil and the salt wont stick. The menu is slightly awkward confusing to boot."
