"Usually better than today. I asked for extra mayo and mustard on my expensive sandwich but did not get it in drive thru. So my sandwich was nearly dry as wet sawdust."

"This Jimmy is one of the worst in the Treasure Valley. They are very inconsistent with making their sandwiches and frequently miss standard ingredients. The way they prepare their wraps is awful. They are not rolled tightly causing them to fall apart while eating and they do not double wrap in paper like other locations."

"I love Jimmy John's but there was just something off about my sandwich. I ordered my Vito no Tom no vinegar and oil . Didn't think anything about it. First couple bites were good and then there was just something wrong. It took me until about 2 bites left to see them. They had put tomatoes on my sandwich. I am not sure why you would put them on any sandwich in the first place but especially if someone asks for them not to be there. Very disappointing"

"I was in a pinch for time today and it was my turn for dinner. I ordered online for an inside pickup. I was pleasantly surprised the moment I opened the door it smelled like a bakery! The employees were super friendly and were eager to serve up my order. The order was fresh and ready just as scheduled. I should also note the place was spotless - very clean!"

"I don’t know if the employees are lazy or what. I ordered a big John sub. What a pitiful looking sub. Nothing in it. I spent my money ($8) on a sub and got nothing. Bread is hard, not much meat, lettuce or anything for that matter. I’m done with this place. Hugo packs everything you ask for in a well worth the $ sub. Very disappointed"
