"Free chips and salsa bar. This place is super clean inside and a great atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service was quick. The staff there were nice and friendly. I thought the prices were reasonable and not that expensive for the food that I got. Would definitely go back and eat there again."

"I stopped by Jalisco while in town after a recommendation from my brother. After a bit of confusion as the place is situated right in a fast food row and unfortunately placed next to a Taco Bell, my friend and I went in for a sit down lunch. The restaurant is clean and simply decorated with a large picture menu. We ordered the enchiladas verdes and birria tacos. There’s a chips and salsa bar which was a pleasant surprise. Then our food came and dios mio, it was INCREDIBLE. The verde sauce was smoky, fresh, and tasted like poblano peppers. The beans and rice as accompaniment were flavorful and stand on their own. My friend and I are both foodies and cooks and were highly impressed with this place, I’ll definitely go back whenever I’m in town!"

"This is a great place for some good, quick Mexican food. It's not fancy, nor is it a hole in the wall, it's just good, affordable Mexican food that reminds me of SoCal. The treasure valley doesn't have a great variety of Mexican restaurants, but this is the exception. Their salsa is really good too, so make sure to grab some chips and salsa, (they're free with any meal)."

"The birria tacos were mostly cheese! I had been once before and the servings were pretty decent, but this last visit was very different. My order was made incorrectly and the meat portions were kid size. Do not recommend."

"The food here is beautiful and large portions but unfortunately it lacks in flavor. We ate tripe tacos that were extremely salty, tounge tocos that were just ok , pork posole that was beautifuly red with very tender pork but was flavorless in exception to the red chili that colors the broth, we had carne asada nachos that were beautifully presented piled high with meat ,Colby jack cheese, onions, sour cream ,and jalapenos but they were cold and lacking in deep flavors , we also ordered a shredded beef burrito with chili Verde pork sauce but they gave us enchiladas instead, the beef was tender but lacked in deep flavors the chili Verde sauce had chunks of tender pork but the sauce was sweet and was not pleasant. The positive to this was they have all you can eat self serve warm chips and a selection of salsa's that were good. The atmosphere was very clean and nice and the staff was helpful and friendly. I gave this place a 3 star for the chips and salsa and cleanliness but the food was not even worth saving as left overs. Cost of food was $75 plus tip."
