"If I could give a half star for service i would. My wife and I went into our local Red lobster for an early lunch after shopping all morning and everything seemed great. The food was great, drinks were good, and the food was brought out in a timely manner. Everything was going great. Our bill came out to 83.50 which was reasonable for the amount of drinks we had and we both enjoyed the lobster and all you can shrimp. My issue, is with our server and the shady sh!t that she pulled with our bill. We paid with a credit card and tipped $20 in cash. It seemed like a reasonable tip for the service and time spent, but evidently our server didn't think so. She had the b@lls to falsify our receipt and add an additional $10 dollar tip to the receipt. This lady didn't have a care in the world and took it upon herself to STEAL money from my wife and I. I know times are tough but they are tough for EVERYONE! My wife and I save to be able to afford going out to eat and lately it hasn't been the best experience but this took us over the top. We will NEVER eat at Red Lobster again. Be aware if you choose to grace the Boise establishment and stay away from A.B. Shame on you!"

"Entry handles of front door left my hand with black smudges had to wash hands before getting a table. Was sat at a dirty table with garbage on it still. When brought to the attention of our the server, She moved us to another table that was also dirty. Had to ask for utensils after receiving appetizers. Margarita showed salt on the rim of glass we had to send back to have fixed. The food was good once we got it. Please clean your screen and buttons on your pay terminal they are gross."
