"9 inch long hair found inside burger, which both my girlfriend and I have over a foot and a half long hair. ABSOLUTELY not ours. Had gotten the food doordashed with SEALED bags so it couldn't have been the dasher either. Extremely frustrated that our food was contaminated like this.. Also note the nasty peice of who knows what that was stuck to the hair. Can't be from the burger as it had only Mayo, cheese and onions."

"Wendy's food is always a treat for us. It's not because it's such great food, it is a treat because it is great FASTfood. Honestly, eating here isn't something any of us should do on a regular basis. That being said, I'm a sucker for the spicy nuggets and I always find a way to work them into a meal when we're on vacation or travelling. The burgers are always great too, but I stick to the nuggz usually. The APP is very buggy but it is nice with great rewards when it's working. If you go here you should definitely get the APP. Lots of discounts found through the app when ordering online."

"Afer being asked to wait at the speaker for like 8 minutes finally tellimg us they are ready to take our order. After ordering pulled up to the window and a Blond hair girl at the drive drew was very sloppy. Handed are drink as it was spilling as the lid was not placed well. She ignored the fact it was spilling and when ask if we may have some napkins to wipe she continued to pass us more stuff so she could hurry up and turn off out side lights to show they were closed we had to ask till she past us some napkins very unprofessional wiped face with hand while holding straw and spoon for someone handling our food would expect better. Would leave a name or order number but after we left noticed we don't have a receipt. We come to this location frequently and usually don't have problems but tonight was different."

"In my entire life I have never received a cold nearly raw burger from Wendy's. This even had a pink outside corner. Plus I ordered the double and got a single. This is enough with factory meat not to ever go back again. This is on National Cheeseburger Day of all days. Google needs to add a sad face emoji and a ZERO STAR."

"Thanks for the raw burger and soggy mushy tomatoes. I took two bites before noticing the pink, but I did notice it tasted funky, you better hope I don't get sick. I should've known something was off when this place was a ghost town during peak lunch rush, everywhere else had lines."
