"Got a jumbo jack this morning and meat had a mushy texture and a strange flavor questionable that it was beef been eating them for 30 years will not be eating at this location ever again can't get the weird taste out of my mouth"

"Saw the employee making my sandwich through the window not wearing gloves and touching everything bare handed. I then told her I'd like to cancel and refund the order. When she asked why, I explained what I saw. She argued back saying she was wearing gloves.. a little back and forth.... She clearly wasn't wearing gloves. She was that typical meth user with look, voice, and attitude. She then said I'd have to contact the manager in the morning but good luck because she doesn't speak English. I'll be contacting corporate and the store manager for a full review of this situation and how poorly their staff is selected and trained in proper food handling."

"I usually have a good experience at this location, order is always correct, staff is friendly, I’ve never had anything to complain about. Last time through however was rather irritating. No complaints about the atmosphere or staff, but my order was all wrong. I had ordered 1 egg roll and large *curly* fries, when I opened the bag I saw they had packaged 3 egg rolls and given me regular fries. I was irritated of course that I had been charged for 3 egg rolls when I asked for one, but what really got me was the fries. No offense whatsoever to Jack in the Box, everyone has their preferences, but honestly the regular fries are immensely disappointing so I never order them. I was actually pretty upset to see that I hadn’t gotten curly fries because Jack in the Box curly fries have a way of curing depression and I really needed them, it was just very upsetting to be charged almost $16 for a meal that I didn’t order, the only thing they got right was my shake. I don’t intend to never order at this location again, as I said it’s usually a much better experience. This last time was just very sub-par and rather disappointing."

"One of the better fast food restaurants in the area, in my personal opinion. Customer service is on point every time, never had any issues. Food isn’t amazing, but then again it is fast food, and it is by no means bad at all. I recommend the ultimate cheeseburger if you haven’t been, it’s really tasty."

"I don't have these where I live so I had to come get some while I could. It was good, not great. The lady at the counter was awesome and very friendly. The food was good but the bacon is so thin and unsatisfying."
