"Fujiyama is one of my go-tos in Boise. I order delivery from them 2-3 times per week and it’s just so good. Everything is always on point down to simple dishes like chicken lettuce wraps. They could also give a masterclass to other restaurants in how to pack to-go/delivery food including liquids. Love this place."

"Ordered a Godzilla roll and a spider roll through Ubereats. We even paid more for a quicker service. Our spider roll was missing the tobiko and eel sauce. The Godzilla roll was trash and tasted like tuna fish. Refer to picture of what we ordered vs what we got. We called to complain and were told they cannot do anything for us. The woman on the phone laughed at me and told her worker that we were complaining over not having eel sauce . Trash and rude!"

"We really love eating sushi in Fujiyami with our family, but this was our last time, since we all had stomach ache after visiting there, and what we saw there was how this woman made sushi with her bare hands and put ginger and wasabi with her hands without gloves, perhaps she had been in the toilet before, she was spinning wasabi balls to people with her bare hands, it was disgusting and after that we felt very sick, although we were watching not for her to do it to us, but for two guys who were wearing gloves…. "Food was fantastic, more fish than rice on their rolls. The freshness of the fish is amazing. It was a shame we had lunch earlier in the day. It would have been nice to have tried more rolls, but we were full. The staff was very nice and attentive. It is too bad we don't live close because this would become our go to places. We got our food in no time. If you are considering a sushi place, you must come and eat here you will not be disappointed."
