"I ordered in the drive thru speaking pretty clearly, I thought. They got the wrong drink order but fixed it. I pulled away to park and check the rest of my order to find they missed the fries for my combo. I was late for work waiting for all of the fixes. I will still go back because I love Freddy's."

"My husband came through to grab dinner before heading home a couple towns over, my husband had to repeat himself over and over and the girl still got the order completely wrong, what type of sandwich, toppings, and sizes, everything. The worst part was after everything he said it was “are you done ordering” “is that all” he ordered 2 meals a shake and fries. Nothing crazy. It was an awful experience and the thing is we live 30 mins away so going back to get it fixed isn’t an option - the quality of Freddy’s at this location has gone down hill. Not to mention the last time we were there a worker peeled out of the parking lot burning rubber as we were parking, we weren’t even in our parking spot completely before he came flying out. Overall bad experiences lately."

"The cashiers are always very friendly and the cooks are just as great with customers. It's obvious that the employees are having a great time which personally makes me enjoy the place even more. Food is pretty standard fast food but it's still worth a visit every now and then. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a bite to eat. Also, Jasmyn was happy to make my outrageous custard with 9 toppings on it."
