"Took my Cavalier in for grooming and he came out completely shaved. Was told he was matted which was not the case but you have to pay the ridiculous pricing to get you family pet out of there. Will never go here again!!!"

"What a sad day for my Giant Schnauzer and myself. Woman was very unprofessional, but was all about how bad all the other groomers are. No longer does Ava have her signature eyebrows, her beard is gone as well. I paid $150 dollars for her to shave my beautiful Giant Schnauzer to the bone even shaved her raw where she had her only white spot. She thought she had to yell at me because she screwed up. Very unprofessional!!! Please please if you love your dog DON'T take them here!!!!!!"
