"If they keep their dumpster area like this...Imagine what kind of practice happens inside these four walls! NOBODY should have to tell a internal health facility how to demonstrate what is HEALTHY, COMMON COURTESY FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD, OR AGAINST THE LAW! Instead the employees are encouraged to dump their trash in city dumpsters in appose to getting a privacy gate w/a lock around their dumpster area like any other "reputable" business would NOT have to be informed to do!"
