"I tried calling someone on the phone and aside from the wait time being about 15 minutes, she said " We're not interested" and hung of the phone. I tried calling back only to wait another 20 minutes to stay on hold. Would not recommend as there are other, better and more professional companies in St. Louis adamant about treating patients."

"I called to cancel my appointment 24 hours beforehand and was told I would be charged $45.00 for the "last minute" cancellation. Since I am a new patient I do not even know what their policy is but at most places 24 hours notice is sufficient. I will not be paying this. Edit: This establishment originally replied to my review saying they would never charge for this but they have since removed that reply and left the current reply. A minimum of 24 hours prior is not "last minute". Also, I have no idea what you normally tell people nor do I care, I know what I was told."

"I came in on a recommendation from a friend and have not been disappointed. Great experience for this T1D pumper. Nice new facility. easy parking, not crowded in spacious lobby, doc and staff easy to talk with in person, on the phone, and through healow app. Willing to work with me as a person not just a patient. Good dialogue on new tech and therapy options. Phlebotomy labs in office. Overall I recommend this practice to other T1Ds."
