"Haven’t had major surgery before and am a baby about pain, so I was quite nervous about my hip replacement today. Everyone at the surgery center was friendly, kind, caring and professional. That includes the receptionist, doctors, nurses etc. They kept me comfortable with almost no pain. The facility is also spotlessly clean. I am so glad I chose to go here and would highly recommend."

"i cannot speak highly enough about the staff that cared for me before, during and after my acl surgery. everyone was truly amazing — the nurses, anesthesiologists, even the woman who checked me in. everyone was so friendly and just seemed happy to be at work. i’m very thankful for each one of them because i was definitely nervous, but their friendliness and the way they kept me informed about everting going on calmed me down."

"The surgery center is great, however, the billing department not so much. In the last month of the payment plan they overcharged my account. It has been 3 weeks with no return of the overpayment. The one and only person that works in their billing department stated it would be refunded on April 6th, it is now April 26th and she is not returning phone calls. If you call the surgery center no one there can help you and the office manager doesn't return phone calls either. Hopefully you can pay for your surgery in full and don't have to set up monthly payments."

"This place is an absolute joke. Don’t waste your time, medical needs, or money. I had a procedure in December 2021, when I got there all my info (name, DOB, etc.) was completely wrong. When They gave me the numbing medicine I had vasovagel syncope (sweating, dizzy, BP issues, etc) and none of the nurses seemed to care. When they called a week before my procedure, they told me I wouldn’t owe a penny but come to find out in February I received a bill for over 2 thousand dollars. They jacked around with a so called “payment plan option” that I then had to pay almost 300 bucks a month or they were going to turn me into collections. Then after my bill was paid in full, they still continued to pull money out of my account. I was told about a billing company that they used for bigger bills but after 2 months of that story, that company no longer “existed.” Like I said, this place is a joke and will cause unnecessary stress/emotional destress and physical harm. None of this pertains to the doctor who did my procedure. I selected one star only because I couldn’t select zero. When talking to my insurance company about this issue they informed me that this issue happens all the time from this facility. To make things even better, they billed me a second time in one month!!! Pretty sketch if you ask me!"
