"I'm a doordash driver I came to pick up an order here I usually drive through but, the line was very long they had no one out here taking orders from people in their cars therefore, I decided to walk in someone said they would be with me but no one waited on me they just kept taking new orders from other cars driving up that is very unusual normally when you have an order from Uber or doordash or GrubHub they're supposed to have those orders ready or be getting on that really quick not taking new orders from other people that just blows my mind these are the afternoon people not the morning people the morning people do not do that. Doordash is already asked me if I want to reassign this order because they said it's taking way too long."
"The "milkshake" was some sort of iced smoothie. The price wasn't horrible but I was not expecting a iced smoothie. Totally not worth going again. You know how when you sip on a drink and all the liquid goes to the bottom and then you're left with a bunch of ice slush at the top? Yeah that's what it was."
"Unfortunately the employees are so hyper fixated on whatever your most common order is, that it takes 3-4 verbal repetitions of your order on any given day and you still have 50/50 chance of the order being made correctly. A couple baristas have acknowledged the “most common” order being the issue, but I don’t see why they can’t start a new order from scratch when you outright tell them you’re getting something different? Inconsistent with pulling shots as well, sometimes they taste burned. All other reviews about bagels are correct: order as toasted as you want but with metrics and time to get the order out they’re going to give you warm bread"
"Okay, of all the Coffee places in Spokane and there are a lot of them, I like Wake Up Call the best. Why? They are consistent at many of their locations, I say many become I used to live down in the Valley near the Wake Up Call on Pines North Pines, between the church and the School. Hands down my favorite, probably because I have had the most interaction. However, this location on Wedgewood and Division is closet to my new place so I go there quit a bit. Trellanie (Spelling may be off here) is my favorite, she is a consummate professional, she is always friendly, she is always engaging but has an efficiency about her that keeps it moving. With others it's hit or miss, a lot of attitudes that should not be emitting the signals they are emitting. CUSTOMER SERVICE is paramount, no matter what kind of day your having, make sure I think your having a fantastic day. Even if I know your having a bad day I shouldn't have a bad experience because if it. Also, I know the experience has a lot to do with making drinks and engaging, however if there is a line--keep it moving. Don't make me wait and wait and wait because your having an in-depth conversation with the customer at the window. Typically that doesn't happen in the morning because someone is working through the line with a handheld but later in the day this occurs and not on occasion, it has occurred more than once. One day I was waiting and waiting and the folks at the window didn't even order a drink it was like a social call or something. That's incredibly rude and unprofessional to those in the line. Overall, most Wake Up Call locations are fantastic, including this one. Just an observation or two that you can always work on to level up your game. Highly recommended!"
"I love Wake Up Call. However, pulling in to get a coffee and seeing Trinity's smiling face. She's always friendly and right on top of everything. Has my drink in the process and/or done by the time I get to the window. I absolutely love Trinity!!! Everyone else at this location is very friendly and pleasant as well. Thank you Trinity for being the amazing and awesome person you are!!"
