"Honestly, this Subway is a hilarious little situation. I’m sure the directional signage is not up to brand code as the only actual “Subway” sign is on a non-main side of the building, covered by a tree. The tall monument sign you’re supposed to see from the road is missing any billboard material entirely LOL… The mystery of this Subway location lends itself to a Cohn brothers movie. Pulling in, you’ll likely encounter a jaded sandwich artist taking a smoke break out back, while patrolling customer traffic. I was hesitant. The sandwich-ordering process from said individual was also endearingly gruff, but gotta say… I haven’t seen a better curtained and folded arrangement of Turkey layer and tomato slices in my LIFE. Also, the bathrooms were super clean and spacious! Additional respect for any establishment with a good sanctuary for one’s biological needs. Despite the initial impression of this desolate and seemingly-sinister Subway, it exceeded expectations entirely. Eat fresh and eat fearlessly!"
"Ignorant, rude, terrible at listening. We had a terrible time being able to tell if they were talking to us or on the headphones from the drive through. I had to ask for more than 3 olives for my son's sandwich. I asked for subway vinaigrette, which they no longer have and I understand things come and go, but because I asked for that she grabbed the closest thing to it which was a parmesan red vinaigrette and put it on without even asking, I don't like parmesan. Lady rolled her eyes and huffed when I asked for my son's 6 inch sandwich to be cut in half because he is 5 and it's easier to eat. One guy seemed like he knew nothing at all, I was hoping he was new and was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt but he tried to charge us for an extra footlong and it took him 5 minutes to figure out how to put the sandwiches in the bag. We got there when it was slow, and by the time we left there was a small line, but everytime someone walked in they seemed to get angrier. I know customer service has declined recently, but that was ridiculous."
"The girl with the cow nails, I think her name is Karen, did an amazing job on my sandbags I guess like the name applies she was a Karen lol. Anyhow the food was fantastic the staff amazing. I can't say they can deal with even the rudest customers well their was a guy in front of line of me...I'll call him chad being very rude they managed to keep him happy even ....if your looking for the best subway experience look no further then these fantastic sandwage engineers."
"They messed up our order bad and wouldn't let me explain. Jessica told me to listen to her and would not listen to a word I said they were very rude my brother ordered a black forest ham with no olives he got olives he is allergic to them all of them were so wrong and they made us sick. I will never eat here again. My brother who always eats there will never again. Very rude people I couldn't say anything they would not allow me to we wrote it down but you didn't do it right Jessica"
"Went here for some food with friends on June 27th or so before heading to Trinity hot springs. Was very impressed with the staff. They were patient, asked and double checked on ingredients to be added and arranged the food to look nice in my salad bowl. I was impressed and have been meaning to make a positive review ever since. I've been to subways in Boise since then and there is a major difference in service and making of the food."
