Sonic Drive-In

"Piss poor management that is all about making an extra dime than customer service. Current ‘manager’ is a perfect example! I come here multiple times per week. Usually order a carbonated water and it is $.55. Today I go and the ‘manager’ tries to charge me $3.17. When I ask she says because of the carbonation they charge just like a soda. It’s water, not soda and carbonation is on the machine already for soda syrup. I’m not asking for anything extra. When I stated I come almost daily for this and never have an issue she rudely says to me she will make sure to let her employees know so they all charge the full price. What happened to customer service??? I think it is the management that needs training. My family for sure will not be going back to this location!"

"I wanted to try the new peanut butter bacon burger and figured since it’s my birthday week I’d get it because it sounded fun. However, I found a nasty medium-length black hair intertwined throughout the meat after I had taken a couple small bites. I pulled it out and kept looking only to find another strand (see pic) leaving me and my boyfriend both to completely lose our appetites and throw away the remainder of our entire meals. I’m so thankful I chose to use a fork and knife to eat the food otherwise I would’ve eaten all of that hair. Serious health code violations must be going on in this location because we almost never have had a single issue with hair being in food. We are never eating from any Sonic location again. Thank you to whoever made this meal around 8:30pm on 1/10/24- you caused two regulars to find another, higher quality, place to frequent."

"Very Rude Customer service! One employee was speaking up when another employee ask how long I was waiting. I said about 20 minutes and the other person chimed in over the intercom to tell me it’s “only been 5 Minutes”. When in reality, it was almost 20 minutes before the one employee asked me a question. (Time ordered, 902pm, Time when asked a question face to face, 920pm, time of when I got the food 930pm) Once I got the food. It’s was Poorly thrown together and poorly wrapped. Very disappointed in this Location. I understand your short staffed, but your staff should hold themselves together better in a time like tonight. Truly hate to leave bad reviews, being in Retail my self. But, never will you catch my employees griping about being short staffed ( which we are too ) and arguing with a customer over how long they’ve been waiting."

"First open the picture. Would you eat this? I live in Star, round trip 14 miles. I ordered a #1, no onions, mayo and ketchup with tots and a coke. They asked me if I wanted fry sauce and said yes. So, what did I get? The patty was broken, there was no ketchup or mayo. The lonely tomato and scantily hint of old lettuce was it. The tots I got were under cooked, the container not full. No fry sauce either. No napkins. $8 for this?! Sonic you have lost it. What happened? I love Sonic. At least I used to."
