"If I could give less than a 1-Star review, I would. I booked an appointment to have a back-up camera installed on a Saturday, drove there, dropped off my keys, and then went to lunch to wait until completion. An hour after I’d dropped the keys off I got a call from Casey stating that they would no longer be able to do the install because another customer took priority. I planned my weekend around this install and found myself wasting an entire day, due to their incompetence. I was told, sorry, there’s nothing we can do about it because their guys didn’t feel like working a bit later to accommodate. I will never step foot in this place again, and will try to deter others from making the same mistake I did by booking an appointment with Dick’s Stereo."
